Elsie Gottfried, 92, of Hot Springs, passed away on July 26, 2015. She was born February 19, 1923 to the late Francis Prochaske Voleck and Mike Voleck. Elsie is predeceased by her husband of 51 years Frank Gottfried, and one brother Milo Voleck.
