Frances spent most of her life in Wabbaseka, Arkansas. She graduated from Altheimer High School and also attended Henderson State University and Gulf Park College. After working for the Pine Bluff Arsenal for 20 years she retired. She was a member of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, BJ Chapter of PEO of Hot Springs, Criterion Club of Hot Springs, Gavin Harper Fan Club, and the High Falutin Book Club.
In her spare time she loved to knit and paint. Frances was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was a kind soul and will be missed dearly.
Frances is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Don Leslie Moore; Parents Lillian Duff Ragland and Frank Roland Ragland; Brother Walker Duff (Buzz) Ragland; and Sister Jane Ragland Grigg.
She is survived by her children Anna Moore Grayson, Julianna Bobo (Bill), and Paul Lloyd Strange; Grandchildren Jessica Camille Strange Mullens (Noah) and Vivian Taylor Strange.
Memorials may be made to St. Luke’s Episcopal Church or the BJ chapter of PEO.
There will be a service held at St. Luke’s on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 2:00pm.
