Fankie Mae Holetzky, age 83, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2025. Born on April 8, 1942, in Kentucky to Abner and Lola Spencer, Frankie was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, and cherished friend.
Growing up in Kentucky with her siblings, Frankie carried her warm spirit and love for life through her decades across Ohio and finally settling in Hot Springs. She was passionate about her work as a photographer, traveling extensively, including a memorable three-month stint in Hawaii capturing stunning images. Her love for country movies and her treasured collection of dolls reflected her gentle and nostalgic nature.
A conversationalist at heart, Frankie loved long phone chats with her son and friends, often found sitting on her front porch, engaged in lively conversations or peaceful solitude. Her prized possession was her 2016 Jaguar, a symbol of her love for style and adventure. She also enjoyed simple pleasures like her Wavy Lays chips and StarKist Tuna packs.
Predeceased by her parents, several siblings, her husband Ronald Holetzky, her son Robert West and grandson Billy West, Frankie leaves behind her children Vicki West and Alexus Holetzky, her grandson Marcello Gargano, and her sister Elizabeth Hubbard. Her warmth, humor, and kindness will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday July 8th at Hickory Grove Cemetery in Bismarck, AR.
