He was born June 27, 1935, in Hot Springs. He is preceded by his parents O.C and Mamie George, sister Hazel McDonald, brother-in-laws Mack McDonald and Bill Scott, and the love of is life Evelyn of 56 years.
Survivors include his five sons and daughters-in-law, Glen and Diana George Jr., Kenneth and Paula George, Steve and Marcia George, Gerald and Britney George all of Hot Springs, and Britt and Cherri George, of Malvern; fifteen Grandchildren; and nineteen Great Grandchildren; five sisters and one brother-in-law Juanita Yandell of Pearcy, Vonda Young, Vivian Skipper Scott, Sadie Herron, Tresa and Jack Smoot all of Hot Springs, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be his five sons. Honorary pallbearers are the VA nurses and staff, Bobbie Flowers and Family.
