James "Jimmy" T. Donathan Jr.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Jimmy was a true Razorback fan. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing and camping and he really enjoyed Christmas time and family gatherings. He was a maintenance worker specializing in heating and air repair.

Survivors include, his mother Ella Sue Godwin and her husband, Wilford Godwin; son, Truman Jacob Short and wife, Samantha Gail Short; daughters, Olivia Donathan Thomason and husband, Eric Thomason and Megan Donathan Reynolds; sisters, Jannie Harrington, Linda Rogers, Teresa Hayes and husband, Phillip Hayes, and Vivian Dixon and husband, Tim Dixon and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Jimmy’s Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 17th, at Gross Funeral Home with Pastor Van Glidewell and Elder Charles Buckley officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Honorary pallbearer will be Justin Feemster.
