Jo Ann was born on July 2, 1950, to Harold and Flossie Bippus. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who touched the lives of many with her kindness and warmth.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Laurie Lee Gillman; and her husband and love of her life, Ron Gillman.
Jo Ann is survived by her children: Julie Sipes (Casey), Jill Chapmond (Steve), and Jinna Olmstead (Ray). She leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Caylie Bartow (Brandon), Allison Sipes, Ethan and Conner Olmstead, and Shawn Chapmond.
Her caring spirit and loving presence will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
