January 7, 1951 – April 18, 2025
With deep sorrow and enduring love, we announce the passing of Linda Dunn, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and the heart of her family. Linda departed this world peacefully on April 18, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of unwavering love, strength, and devotion.
Linda is survived by her husband and soulmate, Robert Dunn, whom she married in 1969. Together, they shared over five decades of marriage filled with laughter, trials, joy, and an unbreakable bond. Robert lovingly reflects, “She was my architect, lawyer, accountant, housewife, best friend, and loyal companion.” Their journey was one of unity and resilience, and she was, as he put it, the rock that held this family together.
Linda is survived by, and was the proud and devoted mother of four children: Robert Dunn, Jr., Matthew Dunn and his wife Caryn, Wendy Siebert and her husband Scott, and Jason Dunn and his wife Amy. She poured her love and energy into her family, always putting them first, and her nurturing spirit shaped generations to come.
She was a cherished grandmother to 16 grandchildren and a great-grandmother to 8 great-grandchildren, each one a living testament to her kindness, wisdom, and warmth. Her extended family, too numerous to name, were deeply touched by her generosity and fierce love.
Linda had a gift for making every moment meaningful. Whether it was her meticulous holiday planning or the quiet strength she offered during hard times, she made sure her family always felt her care. She was the guiding light in countless lives and will be remembered for her laughter, loyalty, and endless devotion.
In a letter she left behind, Linda gave us one last message:
“If you ever need me, LOOK UP.”
Today, we do just that—through tears, through memories, and through the hope that we will one day be together again. Praise God, she is now with Him, and while her garden here on Earth may feel emptier, her family will continue to tend it with love, just as she taught us.
Rest peacefully, Linda. Your roots run deep, and your legacy lives on in all of us!
