Still thinking about Dr. Mark Pope. I have very fond memories growing up with him at LH. I got to know Dr. Pope even better following high school, as he was striving to get into medical school. He was a great friend, and I wish I would have kept up with him over the years. Truly saddened by the loss of such a great man. I’m confident he is in a good place looking over all of us. My thoughts and prayers are with his family (Tammy).

Rick and I just learned of Mark’s passing. We never had the pleasure of meeting Mark but have heard enough good things about him to know you raised a good man that impacted many other lives during his short time here on earth. We are so sorry for your loss and know are thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time. If there is anything we can do, just call.

Phyllis, I am so sorry to hear about Mark. I have spent most of today remembering when we were younger and would get together and all our kids played together.
Pete, Jason and me will keep you and yours in our thoughts and prayers.

I had the honor and pleasure of having Mark as one of my CVICU Nurse's team at St Vincent, he was an excellent nurse and a great teammate - always positive and willing to help, work extra etc... Was so proud he pursued his dream to become a MD - saddened his life was shortened, but always know he made a huge impact every day.
