He was preceded in death by his parents, Father Howard Elliott, Mother Gladys Stewart Elliott, first wife, June Ruthenbeck Elliott, one brother Howard (Howie) Elliott, and one sister Louise Patt.
Norman is survived by his current wife, Laura Elliott, one daughter Pamela Elliott, and one son Terry James Elliott.
