Olivia Marie (Brightwell) Amis, age 90, of Hot Springs, Arkansas left this world and entered into heaven, Tuesday June 30, 2020. She was born June 19, 1930 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Olivia loved her family, bowling, and was a kind and generous woman. She was a member of the Traveling Trios bowling team out of Oklahoma City for many years during the 1960’s and 1970’s. She retired from Walmart. She loved working in her flower garden.
Olivia is preceded in death by his father John Brightwell, mother Gady Brightwell, husband Gilbert Amis and her son Mark Brown.
Olivia is survived by her loving family. Her survivors include her daughter in-law Sonja Brown of Hot Springs, AR; granddaughters Christina (Paul) Lindley and Angela (Benjamin) Dawson, and great-grandson Billy Cash Dawson of Hot Springs, AR, brothers John Brightwell of Oklahoma City and Leonard Brightwell of Shawnee, Oklahoma, and sisters Betty Gay French of San Antonio, Texas and Margret-Ann Plato of Tulsa, Oklahoma. And Special Friend Adolf Thum.
The family would like to thank Brookfield Senior Living and Memory Care of Hot Springs, along with the people of Kindred Hospice. We love you all for your compassion and for taking such good care of Olivia Marie.
