Mrs. Patricia A Massey

Patricia Anne Massey went home into the loving arms of her savior on February 19, 2015. Pat was born April 10, 1938 near Malvern, Arkansas. She attended Magnet Cove Schools where she met the love of her life, D.L. whom she married in 1956.

Together, they raised three daughters. She was a devoted wife and mother, spending many happy days with her children and her favorite race car driver, D.L. at drag racing events.

Pat loved Christmas. Each year, she and D.L. decorated extensively with many lights and animated characters, creating a display that drew visitors from all over the county. She also enjoyed entertaining her many friends and family, and especially treasured spending time with her grandchildren. Pat spent many evenings playing cards and dominoes with them and their friends. She was an active member of Walnut Valley Baptist Church.

Her parents, Clyde and Afrona Crumby, brothers Howard, Joe and Herman Crumby, preceded Pat in death.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, D.L.; daughters Rhonda Smedley (Steve), Sheryl Morehead, and Tracy Pratt (Dwayne); seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren; sister in law Jean Crumby; numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
