ODE TO YOU, PAULA SUE
Memorialized on the Summer Solstice,
The longest day of the year.
It’s just mom’s way of showing
That she’s forever here.
Sending me earthly angels,
And signs to lead me on.
To reinforce the knowing that
We all are really one.
The moment she left the realm
Of things that I could see.
I looked inside and found her,
Even closer now to me.
Her lessons didn’t come easy,
But they made my spirit bold.
And even though her face is gone,
I find the Anchor Holds.
Services will be held Saturday June 21st, Visitation at 2pm and Memorial Service to follow at 3pm, at Walnut Valley Baptist Church 1698 AR-7, Hot Springs Village (501)623-7422
