Regina Ann Rios, 61, of Hot Springs passed away December 22. She was born in Hot Springs on June 12, 1957 and is survived by her loving husband, Jose Rios.

Regina is also survived by siblings Pam (Danny) Moore, Tammy (Marty) Beals, Joey Williams, and many nieces and nephews.

Regina was predeceased by her biological father, Bill Willliams.

A Celebration of her Life will be held Thursday, December 27 at 2pm with a visitation beginning at 1 pm. Brother Teddy Frye will officiate.

The family is grateful to the entire staff of Arkansas Hospice for the love and care Regina was provided during her transition.

It had been 40 years since my Mom, Regina's Mom's sister, had been back to Arkansas to visit family. I was fortunate to get to go with her. It was the first time I had met many of my relatives. Everyone was so wonderful! Regina and Jose made that trip extra special. They invited people my Mom knew from childhood besides family to a really fun get together. Mom just loved it!! Regina and hubby had us over to their house and we got to play cards together and it was a blast to meet everyone. Another fun time was when Aunt Betty, Regina, Mom and I went to Bingo together. She was a delight to know. I know she will be missed by many.

I have so many memories of Gina and her whole family. Kristi and Andrea brought us together through cheerleading. Gina gave my baby shower for Amanda. Betty included Andrea and me in family pool parties. Pam and I chaperoned the girls at cheer camp and the list goes on. I am so very sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to each of you! Lots of love and prayers.
