Richard Michael Gentry

Richard Michael Gentry, 75, passed away peacefully on June 17, 2026.

Richard proudly served his country in the United States Air Force before continuing his career with Boeing Aircraft, where he retired after many years of dedicated service. He was a hardworking man who took great pride in providing for his family and serving his country.

Outside of work, Richard enjoyed spending time fishing, watching sports, and playing computer games. He appreciated life’s simple pleasures and treasured the time he spent with his family.

Richard was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 47 years, Laura Gentry; his father, Richard Gentry; and his mother, Iris Gentry.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his children, Chastity, Christine, and Michael; his sister, Judy; and his beloved grandchildren, Chad, Amber, James, Kayla, and Jacob. He also leaves behind many extended family members, friends, and all who were blessed to know him.

Richard will be remembered for his quiet strength, unwavering dedication to his family, his love of outdoors, and the pride he carried in serving his country.

His legacy of love, service, and devotion will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
