Rill L. Cessnun, 87, of Hot Springs, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 10, 2015. One of five siblings, she was born February 23, 1928 in St. Cloud, Minnesota, to the late Edward and Hazel Browne.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, John F. Cessnun and son, John C. Cessnun, both of Hot Springs.
Those cherishing her memory are two daughters, Mary (Bill) Lee, of Hot Springs, and Kristine (Mike) Roberts, of Monroe, LA; one granddaughter, Mary Samantha Beggs; one great-granddaughter, Emarie Reed Rushing and a beloved dog, Emily.
An avid gardener and animal lover, Rill loved flowers of all kinds and will be remembered for the kindness and love she had for animals. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother; her greatest joy was her family.
The family wishes to thank the caregivers at Arkansas Hospice, neighborhood friends, and especially Allen Butterfield.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 14 at Crestview Cemetery at 2:00p.m., officiated by David “Doc” Kenser, Chaplain of Arkansas Hospice.
