If you find a stray in your laundry basket one morning, you need to give it a name and keep it. The stray animal population lost one of their best. Robin Zaner didn’t adopt them. They adopted her. She loved animals. She loved people, and to Robin, animals were people.
When Robin entered the room, you knew the party was starting. She had a larger than life personality, outrageous sense of humor, and an infectious laugh. Our rooms may be a little darker now, but Heaven is no doubt a little brighter. Hopefully, she won’t have Jesus laughing so hard that there will be a delay in our prayer requests. Robin is finally at rest, and we hold her close in memory and in spirit.
Robin, you will be missed as a daughter, a sister, a partner in crime, and of course as a hotel for every transient dog in Central Arkansas. Say hello to Ticky, Dudie, and Keify for us, will ya?
Welcoming her into Heaven will be her husband Keith Zaner and missing her on the earth will be her parents, Dick and Carolyn Masek, and her father Robert Holiman.
