Troy Moore, 72, of Hot Springs passed peacefully at home on February 13, 2016. He was born on December 29, 1943 in Hot Springs to the late Carmon Moore and Clydene McClure. Troy is survived by his step father, William McClure; daughters, Dianne Pedraza (J.R.) and Angela Cackler; brothers, Elwyn Moore (Allene) and David McClure; grandchildren, Ashley Pedraza, Kelsey Garza (Patrick), Dylan Cackler, Gabrielle Cackler, Joshua Cackler, Billy Riggs Jr. and five great grandchildren. Troy was a lifetime member of the VFW Post #2278 and the Sergeant of Arms in the VFW Riders Group. A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM at the VFW Post #2278.
