Vickie was born on September 11, 1968 to William and Virginia Dodd in Hot Springs, Arkansas. After Vickie graduated from Hot Springs Christian Academy.
Vickie was predeceased by her father, William Dodd and her stepfather and mother, David and Virgina Kilgore. She is survived by her children, Christian Silvar (wife Bailey Silvar), Joshua Silvar, Isaiah Silvar, Josiah Silvar, and Sarah Silvar, her brother Bill Dodd (wife Natasha Dodd), and her sister Lynn Einkauf.
Services will be held at Apostolic Faith Tabernacle on May 12, 2023 at 1 pm, the service will also be posted live on AFT’s facebook page.
