Virginia I. Fisher, 86, of Hot Springs, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2016. She was born on February 2, 1930, to the late William and Alice Miller in Hope, Arkansas.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold L. Fisher.
She is survived by her son Scott L. Fisher; and nieces, Suzy Lewis and Sandra Roudabush.
