Wesley “Wes” Ray Brown, 36, of Malvern, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at home on May 19, 2025. Born November 10, 1988, Wesley lived a life full of heart, purpose, and unwavering love for others.
Wesley was a bright light in the lives of all who knew him—a man known for his generous spirit, servant’s heart, and thoughtful nature. To be loved by Wes was to be deeply known and genuinely valued. His uncanny memory and attention to detail allowed him to celebrate the people around him in the most intentional ways. His love language was giving—always offering the perfect gift, tailored to the recipient with precision and care, drawn from the moments he spent getting to know them.
Wesley had dreams and passions that were as boundless as his spirit. Whether it be floating in the river, spending time with family at the beach, or his shopping addiction and loyalty to Amazon Prime. Just to mention two of his favorite adventures, as of late were converting a former SCAT bus into a fully functional RV with his big brother, which they were planning to use for countless trips and outdoor excursions. And then he recently discovered the sport of Axe Throwing...
Wesley pursued everything with determination and love. Wes served faithfully at First Baptist Church through the “Hands & Feet” ministry, where he coordinated the clothing inventory. His love for people, paired with his eye for detail, made him the perfect person for the job.
He loved to travel to be with friends and family —Known for always being over-prepared, Wes might have only needed one suitcase, but he was famous for traveling with five—because you just never knew.
He had a sweet tooth for Rocky Road ice cream (always softened in the microwave), Wesley loved the holidays and cherished every chance to celebrate with the people he loved. Wes would go out of his way to help a friend in need or to brighten someone’s day with a kind word or gesture.
Above all, Wesley truly treasured his family and friends, and he cherished time with his nieces & nephews; Ian Davis, Aiden & River Brown, Bo Walton, Cynthia, Peyton, and Titus Page all of whom each held a special place in his heart. He was rarely without his two beloved dogs, Riley and Chance—twin brothers and his constant companions.
Wesley is preceded in death by his grandparents; Wilmore and Nadean Haley of Russellville, and Marvin Brown of Malvern, Arkansas.
He is survived by his mother; Pamela Parker and dad; Mark Brown (Rebecca), memma; Lois Couch Bolts (Johnny), brother; Colt Brown (Terri), his twin sister; Erica Brown (Shauna), sister; Savanah Brown, sister; Laken Harrell (Austin), brother; Brady Parker, uncles; Mike Brown and John Haley, and best friend; Labon Gilbert. Wesley has an incredible circle of family and friends who will carry forward his memory, his laughter, and his light.

Visitation will begin at 4:00pm followed by a memorial service starting at 5:00pm.
