Albert “Cricket/Unc” James Robinson

Albert “Cricket/Unc” James Robinson, 61, a native and resident of Franklin, LA passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 5:45 pm at Franklin Health Care Center in Franklin, LA surrounded by family. 

Visitation will be observed on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at Jones Funeral Home, Inc. 1101 Main Street Franklin, LA from 9:00 AM until funeral services beginning at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow funeral services in the St. John Cemetery - Pecot Street in Franklin, LA.

Memories of Albert will forever remain in the hearts of his three sons, Quincy Albert Lightfoot of Morgan City, LA, Keenan Larry of Charenton, LA, and A'Reandre Willis of TX; three daughters, Bethany Larry of Houston, TX, D'Auntia (Jeremy) Bowie of Baton Rouge, LA and Taylor Morris of Lafayette, LA; three brothers, William (Paula) Robinson, Jr. and Edmond Robinson both of Franklin, LA and Christopher Robinson of Four Corners, LA; six sisters, Helen Robinson Clark, Bessie Kelly, Annie Belle (Albert Ray) Green, Gloria Robinson, Delores Polidore, and Victoria Robinson all of Franklin, LA: five grandchildren and host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Albert was preceded in death by his parents, Annie Mae Johnson Robinson and William Robinson, Sr. and his siblings, Charles Robinson, Dora Lee Clarks, Wanda Walls, Julie Robinson and Diana Robinson.
