Allen Celestin, Sr.

A public viewing will be conducted from 8:00 a.m. until funeral time at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Jones Funeral Home chapel 715 6th Street in Morgan City, LA. Burial will follow in the Celestin Garden of Memories Cemetery.

He is survived by his son, Joshua Celestin; daughter, Lydia C. Wallis; stepdaughter, Lakeisha Clement; seven grandchildren; siblings, Michael, Floyd, Brian, Wayne, Richard and Rogers Celestin, Linda Moses and Patronella Frazier; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his son, Allen Celestin, Jr.; daughter, Aerial Celestin; parents, Charles, Sr. and Onetia Garner Celestin; one brother, Minister Charles B. Celestin; paternal grandparents, Rev. Thomas Lee, Sr. and Nellie Ringo Celestin; maternal grandparents, Rev. Andrew Garner, Sr. and Beulah Calloway.
