Andrew ""Sam Jones"" Johnson, age 70, a native and resident of Franklin, La.,(Alice C. Plantation) died Friday, April 16, 2010 at Leonard Chabert Medical Center in Houma, La., at 5:42 AM. Visitation will be at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel in Franklin, La., Saturday, April 24th, from 9:00 AM until the funeral at 11:00 AM. SAM leaves to mourn two children; Kenneth R. Johnson and La Tricia Johnson Blackburn both of Houston, Tx., two devoted cousins, Ella ""RB"" Cuttley and Glynn Bradley both of Franklin, La., three grandchildren, Sean-Michael Blackburn, Christian Blackburn and Courtney Taylor all of Houston, Tx., and a host of other relatives and friends. SAM was preceded in death by his parents.
