Visitation will be observed on Friday, July 29, 2022 from 9:00 AM until funeral time at 11:00 AM at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel 604 Lovette St. Jeanerette, LA 70544. Burial will follow in Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
Memories of Annie will remain hearts of her loving husband, Lawrence Thompson of Jeanerette, LA, three sons; Patrick Keal of Jeanerette, LA, Michael (Charlene Freeman) Keal of Houston, TX, Russell (Mary Miller) Matthews, Jr. of New Iberia, LA, one sister, Martha Sam of Stillwater, OK, six grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Sophie Sam and John Sam, her son, Brian Keal, a brother, Raymond Sam, and sisters; Gloria Provost, Shirley Sam, Nursey Green, Marjorie Russell, and Celena Brooks.
