Barbara Gray-Byers, age 57, a native and a resident of Morgan City, La., died Sunday, March 30, 2014 at her residence in Morgan City at 8:28 AM.Visitation will be Friday, April 4, 2014 at the New Zorah Baptist Church in Morgan City, La., from 9:00 AM until funeral services at 11:00 AM. Barbara leaves to cherish her memories; a daughter, Shamika Renee Francois of Morgan City, La., a son, Donald Gray of Morgan City, La., two brothers, Frank Gray, Jr., of McKinney TX., and Lonnie Gray of Morgan City, La; three sisters, Rhonda Lee Madise of Morgan City, La, Lora Mickens of Lafayette, La., and Colleen Celeste White of Patterson, La., five grandchildren, Joshua Gray, Jacolbi Francois, Ajah Gray, Maddox Gray and Cassidy Gray; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
