Belfort (Buford) Calloway, Jr. 60, a native and resident of Terrebonne Parish, died, Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 6:23 a.m. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday and from 8:00 a.m. until funeral time at New Zion Baptist Church. The funeral will be at 10:00 am. Saturday, November 9, 2013 at the church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. He is survived by: his wife, Patricia Miles-Calloway; his mother, Evelyn Neville-Calloway; one son, Belfort Calloway, III.; one daughter, Brittina Patrice Calloway; three brothers, Rashid Shareef, Michael Calloway, and Chris Buford Calloway; seven sisters, Bernadine Smith and husband James, Shirley Brown, Gail Lagarde and husband Larry, Renetta Verrett, Connie Calloway, Olivia Wallace, and Pamela Banks and husband Frank; and grandchid, Johanna Patrice Calloway. He was preceded in death by: one daughter, Toky Patrice Calloway; his father, Buford Calloway, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Utha, Sr. and Renet Johnson-Neville; paternal grandparents, George, Sr. and Olivia Hawkins-Calloway.
