Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, May 11, at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church, 4928 North Bayou Black Drive, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her sons, Melvin and Curtis Washington, Sr.; daughters, Annie Pearl Perry, Betty Johnson and Carrie Linsey; thirty-five grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Moses Washington, Sr.; sons, Frank and Moses Washington, Jr.; grandchlldren, Peter Ruffin, Jr., Roger Ruffin and Gerenda Bradford; great-grandchild, Warren Williams, Jr.; parents, Royal Gray and Rose Diggs-Ross; brothers, George and Roy Gray, Sr.; sisters, Gladys Butler, Catherine Williams, Lillie and Rose Douglas.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Funeral Home of Houma.
