Bertha Williams-Stewart, 56, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma died Wednesday, April 10, 2013. Visitation will be Friday, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home in Houma and from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at the church. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 20, 2013 at Beacon Light Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Christ Baptist Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Allen J. Stewart; two sons, Kevin and Jamal Stewart; three brothers, Lawrence Boykins, Jr., Levy Boykins and David Williams; six sisters, Patricia (Charlie) Ruffin, Betty and Barbara Boykins, Mary (Anthony) Miller, Rosalie (Frederick) Miller, and Dora Cooks. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence, Sr. and Dora Boykins; sister, Lily Dangerfield; brother, Joseph Boykins; and grandparents, Lovenia Pinky, Bertha Boykins, Joseph Boykins, and Russell Williams.
