Bridnay Sherrelle Smith

Viewing will be held from 9:00 AM until the Reading of the Obituary at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at Jones Funeral Home 230 S. Hollywood Rd. Houma, LA. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Bridnay was born May 27th, 1989 in Houma, Louisiana. She had a big personality and loved the spotlight. She would demand the attention in any room she stepped into! She had such a warm embrace and that is what made so many people love her. She was always loads of fun and she lived each day to the fullest. Bridnay will be dearly missed but never forgotten.

Bridnay will be remembered by her son, Kingston Lee Brown and daughter, Kensley Sherrelle Garner. She leaves behind her mother, Carla Smith; sisters, Latoya Smith and Kayla Smith (Donald Ray); her nephews, Cortez Smith & Hendrix Ray; and a niece, Janae Rockwood. Also, her great aunt, Mary George and great uncle, August George; uncles, George (Elaine) Smith, Kenneth (Kathy) Smith, Desi (Claudia) Smith, Ms. Cora Lee Smith, Neely Gray and a host of cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Clinton Trosclair; maternal great grandparents Junius (Zenobia) George; maternal grandfather George Smith Sr., maternal grandmother Audrey Mae George, great uncle Junius George Jr., Walter George Sr, Regest George, Raymond George, uncle Darren Smith, aunt Traci Smith and a cousin Tamyra Smith.
