Cain Harris

Cain ""King"" Harris, age 80, a native of Mendenhall, MS., and a resident of Morgan City, La., died Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at Morgan City Healthcare at 10:00 AM. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Jones Funeral Home in Morgan City, La., from 8:00 AM until funeral service at 10:00 AM.  Burial will be in the Morgan City Cemetery.Cain ""King"" leaves to cherish his a daughter, Mrs. Floyd (Ethel) Carbins, Sr., of Patterson, La; three sons, Ronnie Harris of Alexandria, La., Alfred Harris of Mendenhall, MS., and Walter (Lorriane) Augustine of Houma, La; a brother, Will Henry Harris of Yakina Washington; five grandchildren, Felicia (Brandon) Ramagos, Sr., and Peyton Carbins both of Patterson, La., Renata Harris of Bayou Vista, La., and Jada (Courtlin) Carter of Morgan City, La;  a grandson; four  godchildren, Leah Bobb, Paulette Watson and Lamont Lyles all of Morgan City, La., and Rev. Shawn P. Watson of New Iberia, La;  ten great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
