Carolyn Jean Smith, age 52, a native and resident of Franklin died, Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at 10:50 AM at her residence. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at Triumph Baptist Church from 9:00 AM until funeral at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in the St. John Cemetery on Pecot St. in Franklin, La. Carolyn leaves to cherish her memory; one brother, Herbert J. Smith of Baldwin, La; three sisters, Bertha B. Evans, Dorothy M. Clarkston and Doris Thomas(sister of the heart) all of Franklin, La., and a host of relatives and friends. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents.
