“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.” Revelations 21:4
Thursday, September 25, 1969 at Baton Rouge General Hospital, Baton Rouge, Louisiana God blessed Wilton and Althea's life by giving them the birth of their first child, a beautiful girl, Chandra Ardell Picou.
She was the proud parent of Alexis Olivia and Joshua Alan. After hearing the gospel and confessing her belief in Jesus Christ, she was baptized by Rev. Cleveland Williams at the Bright Morning Star Baptist Church of Napoleonville, LA.
