Charles Lemon, age 85, a resident and native of Franklin, La., died Sunday, March 20, 2011 at Teche Regional Medical Center at 11:40 PM. Visitation will be Saturday, March 26, 2011 at Jones Funeral Home Chapel in Franklin, La., from 10:00 AM until funeral at 1:00 PM. Burial in the Franklin Main St. Cemetery Charles leaves to cherish his memory; a daughter, Mrs. Elvin (Wanda) Phillips of Franklin, La., and a adopted grandson, Joe Mario Lewis of Four Corners, and a host of relatives and friends. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, a three sisters and a granddaughter, LeKeisha Phillips.
