Charles Renthrope

Visitation will be observed on Friday, June 19, 2015 at Jones Funeral Home 1101 Main Street in Franklin, LA., from 8:00 AM until funeral services 1:00 PM. Ministers Preston Watson and Willie Jones will officiate the services. Burial will follow in the St Jules Catholic Church Cemetery in Franklin, LA.

Many cherished and divine memories of "Lil-Bue" will forever be remembered by his loving wife, Sheril Jones-Renthrope of Lafayette, LA; Wayne Paul Jones of Opelousas, LA, Eric Renthrope (Eva) of Morgan City, LA, Charles Ray Renthrope (LaToya) of Dallas, TX and Glynn Hatcherson of Firestone, CO; two daughters, Kathy Ireland Thomas (Brandon, Sr.) of Houston, TX and Chasetle Tiny Jones-Chatman (Rodney) of Lafayette, LA; sixteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Charles was preceded in death by his father, Henry Renthrope, Sr.; his mother, Cecile Nimrod-Renthrope; one son, Marcus Ray Jones Renthrope and a brother, Henry Renthrope,
