Graveside services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 5 at Southdown Cemetery in Houma.
She is survived by her mother Courtney Lewis; brother, DaShad Lewis; grandparents, Yancey Lewis and Eddie Matthews; aunts Rashaun Lewis and Kristen Austin; uncle, Brisson and Eddie Lewis, Sr.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Zahari Lewis; and great grandparents, Eddie, Sr. and Hazel Lewis.
