Christine Guy Alexander, a native and resident of Patoutville, La., age 68, died February 10, 2011 at her residence in Patoutville at 8:00 AM. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at Mt. Carmel in Jeanerette, from 10:00 AM until funeral at 2:00 PM. Burial in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Christine leaves to cherish her memory; four sons, Charles Alexander, III of Leesville, La., Jimmy Alexander of St. Martinville, La., Travis Guy of Jeanerette and Delvon Guy of New Iberia, La; seven daughters, Dora Scott of DeSota, Tx., Charlestina Sam of New Iberia, Ida Phillips, Robin Espana and Cynthia Alexander all of Jeanerette, Donna Bowie of Baldwin and Jamasian Guy of Patoutville, La; four brothers, Douglas Guy, Jr. of Erath, La., Kennedy Guy of Jeanerette, Junius Richard Guy of Galveston, Tx., and Roland Guy of Arizona; three sisters, Eldora Williams of New Iberia, Daisy Romar of Jeanerette and Florestine Hills of Patoutville, La; nineteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
