Clarence "Willie Slick" Williams, Sr.

A public walk-through viewing will be conducted from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, October 2, 2020 at Jones Funeral Home 1101 Main Street Franklin, LA. Visitation will resume from 12 Noon - until funeral services at 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at Jones Funeral Home 1101 Main Street Franklin, LA. (All visitors are asked to adhere to the CDC/local regulations by wearing masks and practicing social distancing). Pastor Ronald Young will officiate the services.

Memories of Clarence, Sr. or “Willie Slick” as he was know to many, will forever remain in the hearts of his wife, Edwina Williams of Franklin, LA; three sons, Clarence (Tracy) Williams, Jr. of Darrow, LA, Stanley (Charlene) Williams of Darrow, LA, and Torrance (Lee Lonnie) Williams of Phoenix, AZ; four daughters, Debra Jackson of Katy, TX, Monica Douglas of Darrow, LA, Thaihevia (David) Browder of Franklin, LA, and Lizandra (Koffi) Godwin of Rio Rancho, NM; two brothers, Charles Williams of Vacaville, CA and Norman Williams of San Francisco, CA; two sisters, Ruby Christoff of Vacaville, CA and Barbara Jean of Geismar, LA and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Clarence Sr. was preceded in death by his father, Henry Williams, Sr.; mother, Victoria Emerson Williams; brothers, Henry Williams, Jr., Joseph Williams, Kerry Williams, Donald Williams, Ronald Williams and Geroyal Williams; his former wife, Isabella- Guy Williams and a grandson, Gregory “Peck” Collins.
