Corey "Bugg" Cortez Butler

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at 11:00 a.m on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Christ Missionary Baptist Church located at 3152 Highway 311 in Houma, LA with Pastor Norman Lawrence officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

He leaves to cherish his memories one son, Ge'Ron Cortez Butler; fiance, Geroni Trosclair; parents, Corey Butler, Tarra and Ogama McGuire; paternal grandparents, Thomas (Sheila) Butler, Alma McGuire, John Matthews and Loretta (David) Stewart; ten sisters, Tyesha, Tynesha, Tyrenesha and Tyese Kenny, Brenye and Corian Butler, Reagan Pierre, Trinady Gray, Bry'Naisha Causey and Jaelynn Leteff; three brothers, Corian Gray, Adrian Williams and Jo'Nathan Jones; one niece, Mar'Kenzi Williams; one nephew, Adrian Howard; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, George Williams, Jr. and Betty Mae Kenny; maternal great grandparents, Bessie Mae and Earl Kenny, Rosalie and George Williams, Sr.; paternal great grandparents, Edward and Cora Butler, Brunetta and Thomas T. Stewart; and aunt, Sonja Felicia Matthews.
