Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at the church. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 3076 West Main Street, Gray, LA 70359, with Rev. Louis C. Clark officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by: one son, Kendall Travis Howard (Tanya); her parents, Raymond and Ruby Francis-Howard; three brothers, Raymond Wayne Howard, Jr., Ronald Warren Howard (Orelia) and Bobbie Lafaye Howard (Rose): four sisters, Brenda White, Norma Coleman, Gisele Smith and Gwendolyn Monette: two grandchildren, Kaden Travis and Tia Rene.
She was preceded in death by: her maternal grandparents, Sullivan and Corean Head-Francis; paternal grandparents, Ruben and Emily Boseman Howard; and niece, Askia Celestine.
