Cynthia Louise McGuire, 61, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma, died Sunday, August 17, 2014 at 8:25 a.m. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at the church. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Dularge Community Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Southdown Cemetery. She is survived by: her husband, Floyd McGuire; four daughters, Ashley (Larry) Trosclair, Kwanza (Lance) Harold, Lejuana (James) Simmons, and Chanel (Juan) McKinley; two sisters, Ruby (Gene) Morris and Celia (Freddie) McIntire; brother, Glenn (Wanda) Crowell; and twelve grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: her parents, Albert, Sr. and Aldonia Payne-Crowell; two brothers, Albert, Jr. and Arthur Crowell; and grand daughter, Scion Harold.
