Dale Bruce Maxie, age 57, a resident of Calumet, La., died Friday, October 3, 2014 at 11:55 AM at Terrebonne General Medical Center. Visitation will be Saturday, October 11, 2014 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church from 9:00 AM until funeral services at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in the Morgan City Cemetery. He leaves to cherish his memories; his wife, Ann P. Randle-Maxie; his parents, Fred Maxie of Shreveport, La. and Mary Maxie of Ontario, Ca.; three sons, Antione Randle-Maxie of Calumet, La., Samouree' E. O. Randle-Maxie of Berwick, La. and Alton T. Robinson-Maxie of Calumet, La.; one brother, Danny Ray Maxie of Ontario, Ca.; one sister, Freddie Mae (Charles) Garden of Ca.; five grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Dale was preceded in death by his sister, Ineasie Baker and his grandfather, Ray McMillian.
