Celebration of Life will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday September 21, 2024 at Jones Funeral Home 230 S. Hollywood Road Houma, Louisiana.
Dalton is survived by his wife, Rosella Wade Jackson; five daughters, Patricia J. Stewart, Lenise Jackson, Leslie Jackson , Betty A. Harris, and Mary F. Wade; eleven grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends
He was preceded in death by his parents, Rawl Sam Jackson and Lillian Hawkins Jackson; his two brothers, Sanders Jackson and Arthur Jackson; three sisters, Audrey Mae Jackson, Evelyn Jackson and Bertha Lee Jackson; one grandchild, Amber Rose Jackson
Dalton was an avid fisherman and cook. Some of his fondest memories were fishing in his boat in Houma bayous and canals. He enjoyed cooking for his family and many friends
