Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at the church. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Magnolia United Methodist Church located at 104 Johnson Ridge Lane in Thibodaux LA. Burial will follow in Blue Lily Cemetery.

He is survived by his loving mother, Sarah Louise Brown; three aunts, Beverly B. Verdine (Coke), Carol M. Hugh, and Helen M. Joseph; three great aunts, Ruby J. Alkamape, Daisy Victor, and Gerturde Brown; two godchildren, Rosalyn Johson and Michael Jackson, Jr.; two godsisters, Elder Gail B. VanDoorne and Cherita Lagarde; two godbrothers, Corey A. Smith and Willie Brown, Jr; a special cousin Rosemary Shanklin; and a devoted friend, Dexter Reed.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Williams and Thelma Brown Hugh and Thomas Brown; uncle, James T. Brown; and cousin, Sidney Smith, III.
