Visitation will be on Monday, March 20, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at 11:00 a.m. at Jones Funeral Home Chapel located at 6775 West Park Avenue in Houma. Burial will follow in Southdown Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife Lena Lodrigue Calloway; son, David Calloway, Jr. (Lauren); daughter, Elizabeth Calloway (Vernell); two grandchildren; brothers, Johnnie, James and Charles Calloway (Doris); sisters, Rosie Sneeze (David), Anna Mae Robinson (Bennie) and Lula Thompson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Eula Verrett Calloway; brother, Carlton Verrett; and sister, Lucy Calloway.
