Demetrius was preceded in death by his daughter, Lashanna Butler; father, Ernest Williams; brothers, Dwain Williams, Floyd Williams, and Gene Tyson; maternal grandparents, Sadie Jones and Eziekiel Conway; paternal grandparents, Ervin Williams, Sr. and Kittye Williams; aunts, Rita Holmes, and Eura Lee Conway and his uncles, Rogers Conway, Bobby Conway, and Alfred Conway.
