Funeral services will be held on Saturday May 15, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Church of God of Prophecy in Patterson, LA. (All visitors are asked to adhere to the CDC/local regulations by wearing masks and practicing social distancing.) Bishop James T. Whitney will officiate the services. Burial will follow funeral services in the Morgan City Cemetery.
She leaves to cherish her memories: two sons, Timothy (Lori) Bolden and Shelby Bolden, Jr.; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Shelby Bolden, Sr; one daughter, Debra Ann Smith; her parents, Willie and Celestine DeLucky Singleton and ten siblings.
