Dorothy Vilo LaSalle

Dorothy Vilo LaSalle, age 84, a native and resident of Patterson, La., died Sunday, July 1, 2012 at her residence in Patterson, La. Visitation will be Saturday, July 7, 2012 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Patterson, La., from 8:00 AM, rosary at 10:00 AM followed by mass service at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in the St. Joseph Catholic Mausoleum. Mrs. Dorothy leaves to cherish her memories; four sons, Charles A. LaSalle (Rose B. LaSalle), Carlton S. LaSalle (Monica A. LaSalle), Patrick M. LaSalle (Joann S. LaSalle) & Collins LaSalle, Jr. all of Patterson, La; two daughters, Karla Christine LaSalle Blunt (Alexander Blunt, Sr.) of Marrero, La., and Paulette LaSalle Rowe (Clyde Rowe) of Lee's Summit, Missouri; two brothers, Rudolph Vilo of Patterson, La., and Edward James Valeau (Vera Valeau) of Hayward, CA; one sister, Diana Johnson (Earl Johnson) of Patterson, La; eleven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a sister, four brothers, and two grandchildren.
