Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at the church. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Living Gospel Church located at 140 Corporate Drive with burial in Southdown Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria Ann Henry Stewart; three sons, Edward, Jr., Joseph and David (Mary) Stewart; a daughter, Gloria Stewart; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and four sisters, Enestine S. Miller, Lousia Mcgowan, Courtney Stewart and Lucille Taylor.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Lucille Stewart; one grandchild, Michael Stewart; his parents, Ernest, Sr. and Lucille Johnson-Stewart; six brothers, Clifton, Walter, Willie, Ernest, Jr., Robert and Shelly Stewart; and two sisters, Logia and Lillian Stewart.
