Edwina Jones, age 66, a native and a resident of Morgan City, La., died Monday, December 23, 2013 at West Jefferson Hospital in Marrero, La. Visitation will be Friday, December 27, 2013 at Railroad Church of Christ in Morgan City, La., from 9:00 AM until funeral service at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in the Morgan City Cemetery. Edwina leaves to cherish her memories; two brothers, Charles Jones and Clarence Jones, Sr., both of Morgan City, La; two sisters, Geraldine Jay Morse and Myrtle Lee Jones both of Morgan City, La; a godchild, Etoya Jones of Morgan City, a host of relatives, friends and children raised in the community.
