Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 9 at Greater St. Matthews Baptist Church, 183 Smith Lane in Houma. Burial will follow in Crescent Farm Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband William Rainey; sons, Kevin Rainey, Ronald (Angela) Rainey, Ricardo (Kenya) Rainey and Kevin (Cynthia) Barnes; daughter, Stacy Rainey; fourteen grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brothers, Daniel Ross, Jr and Joseph Ross; sisters, Aselina Tember, Daisy Douglas and Dolly Myles.
She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Rami Marissa Rainey; parents, Daniel and Alzatta Maize Ross; and brother, Arnold Keith Richardson.
